MailChimp is an email marketing service provider. Many people use MailChimp to design and distribute email marketing campaigns. This impressive product can easily be integrated into Pipedrive through your MailChimp log-in credentials. Through this, you can export any desired list of contacts from Pipedrive into MailChimp, and begin your email campaigns.
In Pipedrive, navigate to Settings > Personal > Connections.

Click Connect Now to connect your Pipedrive account with MailChimp.

Once your list has been created in MailChimp, you have the option to narrow down your list of People to very specific criteria. A very simple example is this filter here, which is looking for all contacts in the system that currently have an email address populated in their profile.
From here, this filtered list of contacts can be exported to MailChimp.
After this, you can continue your email campaign within MailChimp itself; now utilizing your newly populated list of contacts.
Q1: Can I sync my Pipedrive contacts with MailChimp?
Pipedrive does NOT keep a live "sync" to MailChimp. It simply allows you to export the results of your list view into your MailChimp list. However, 2 way sync between Pipedrive and Mailchimp is possible through third party integrations such as Pipechimp, which also offers a number of other potentially useful features.
Q2: Will I get duplicates in MailChimp?
Will I get duplicates you ask? No you will not. MailChimp will recognize if you're importing the same contact into their list twice, and will ignore duplicate entries.
