How can I regain access to a closed Pipedrive account?

Note: This action is only available to users with account settings access. You can learn more about user management in this article.

To reopen a closed Pipedrive company, log in with your existing details and update your billing information. Keep in mind that this is only possible as long as your data still exists on Pipedrive's servers.

Only users with account settings access can reactivate a closed Pipedrive account, as it includes permission to manage billing. If you don’t have the necessary access, contact an admin user who does.

If you’re having trouble reopening the account, you can contact support for assistance.
