What happens after you cancel?

<p style="text-align: justify">When your Pipedrive trial is active, you will have the option to try our Essential, Advanced and Professional <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/what-features-do-the-pipedrive-plans-have" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">plans</a> freely without being billed or required to enter your billing details.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">What happens once the trial expires will depend on whether you have already entered your billing details during the trial. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>If you have added your billing details during the trial: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Your account will be automatically converted to a paying account once the trial ends.</li>
<li>You will be invoiced at the time your paying account cycle begins. <li>You will not lose access to the valuable data in your account and be able to continue working without interruptions.</li>

<li>All access to the company Pipedrive account will be restricted once the trial ends. </li>
<li>Access will remain restricted until a user with billing access logs in and provides the necessary billing information to begin a paying Pipedrive subscription.</li>
<li>The trial account and existing data will be deleted shortly after the trial is expired. <strong>If you have not entered billing information, no action is required from you in order to close your trial account. </strong></li>

<p style="text-align: justify">If you choose not to enter billing details during the trial, it's recommended to <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/exporting-data-from-pipedrive" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">export</a> all of your Pipedrive data before it ends.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">You may regain access to a closed Pipedrive company by logging in to Pipedrive with your existing details connected to the closed company and providing new billing information. Keep in mind that this is only possible as long as your data still exists on Pipedrive's servers.<br></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Users without billing access cannot reactivate a closed Pipedrive account. If you would like your account reactivated, please contact an admin on your account or another user with billing access.</p>

How can I regain access to a closed Pipedrive account?

<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify">If you don’t intend to use your account anymore, simply go through the standard <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/how-can-i-cancel-my-paid-pipedrive-account">cancelation flow</a>.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify">When a paid Pipedrive account is closed, that account and its data are scheduled for permanent deletion within six months of the date of closure. Trial accounts will be deleted within 60 days of the date of closure as per our <a href="https://www.pipedrive.com/en/privacy#data-retention">data retention policies</a>.</p><div dir="ltr" class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>If you want to retrieve your trial account within the 60 days of the date of closure, please contact our <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/contact-us" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">support team</a> for assistance.</div>

Once deleted, the account will be removed from our system, meaning you won’t have access to it anymore.</p>

<h2 dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><strong>The start-over link</strong><a name="the-start-over-link"></a></h2>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify">Use the <strong><a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/start-over" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">start-over link</a></strong> if you want to delete your account data without closing your account. </p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify">The link will delete <strong>all</strong> deals, people, organizations, products, notes and files in your account. However, it won’t reset your account settings, such as pipelines, stages, custom fields, users, etc.</p><div dir="ltr" class="support-note warning"><strong>Note:</strong> This data will be erased permanently and you won’t be able to recover it.</div>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"><strong>Please note:</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify"> 1. Only account settings admins can access the start-over link. </p>
