Sorting by multiple columns in list view

Note: This function is not available in the Projects list view or Leads inbox.
In the list view, you can sort data by clicking on one column header or multiple column headers at once.
To sort by multiple columns in Pipedrive:
- Go to the list view of your deals or contacts
- Click on the column header of the first item you wish to sort
- Move your mouse cursor to the second column header, hold down the shift key and click the column header
- Repeat as needed
Note: Shift-sorting will only adjust your results if the data in the other column is sequentially different.
