Caller for Leads

When you are using Pipedrive to make calls, it can be a hassle to navigate from your Leads to your Contacts before doing so. However, now calls can be made right from your Leads view for the optimal Caller experience.
How to access Caller in Leads
The Caller tool functions in the Leads inbox much the same way it does in a Contact or Deal.
There are two ways you can access a phone number and make a call through a Lead:
- Linked Person's number
- Phone type Lead/Deal custom field
For both examples, all you would need to do is have a phone number value available in a Lead's detail view, at which point you will be able to use that number to make calls through your Pipedrive account:
Note: Currently the Caller tool cannot be accessed through the Lead List view, so you will need to enter the Lead's contextual Detail view in order to make calls.
