How can I start paying for Pipedrive?

Note: This action is only available to users with Account Settings access.

To enter your billing details and start your paying Pipedrive account, you can go to Billing > Add billing details.

If you want to adjust the number of users in your account before entering your billing information, you can do so by clicking on the "Manage users" button under Current plan.

If you want to change the plan type and billing cycle you are on before entering your billing information, you can click on the "Manage subscription" button.

Once your User and Plan settings have been confirmed, you can click on "Enter billing details" on the right-hand side of your screen.

In the Billing details page, you can enter your billing contact information and billing address information under "Billing contact" and "Billing address".

Note: Users who enter a European or Australian billing address will have the option to enter a VAT or ABN number in this section. You can learn more in this article.

Under the Payment method section, you can then enter your credit card, direct debit, or Paypal information. Learn more about the accepted payment methods for Pipedrive in this article.

Note: Direct debit is currently only available to users in the following countries: Åland Islands, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, France, French Guiana, Germany, Guadeloupe, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Réunion, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Saint Pierre and Miquelon.

Once the billing details have been confirmed, you can click on "Review purchase" to see a checkout page and review your payment.

If your trial has not expired yet, the amount charged will be $0 and the full amount will be charged on the day your billing cycle starts. If your trial has expired, you will see the amount to be charged on your method of payment.
