Pipedrive Integration: Google Meet
Pipedrive's integration with Google Meet will allow you to add Google Meet conferencing links to your activities and scheduler links, so you can book meetings with your customers and prospects worry-free.
Installing the Google Meet integration
To install the Google Meet integration, open any new or existing activity in Pipedrive and click on Add Video call > Google Meet meeting.
You will be taken to our Marketplace page where you can click Install now to initiate the installation.

After you click on Install now, you will be taken to an authentication flow, where you will have to log into Google Meet and grant access for Pipedrive to access your Google account. After the authorization is successful, you will be brought back to your activities view so you can start using the integration.

You can also install the integration directly from our Marketplace link here, or from the Scheduler window.
Adding links to activities
Once the integration has been installed, you can now make any activity in your Pipedrive account a Google Meet video call. To get started, open a new or existing activity, and click on Add Video call > Google Meet meeting.

A unique Google Meet link will be generated and included in the activity invite sent to the guests who are invited. The location of the meeting will be set as the Google Meet link.
When the time for the meeting comes, you can easily join directly from Pipedrive after clicking on the activity or from the detail page of the linked contact, deal, or organization.

Using Google Meet with Scheduler
Our Scheduler feature integrates with Google Meet, so you can easily schedule video meetings with your customers and prospects without worrying about double booking or moving between tools.
