How can I assign a projects seat?
Go to Settings > Manage Users and click the “...” next to the user you want to grant Projects access to.
Then click edit access rights and select the projects app permission.
How can I create a project from a deal that is already WON?
To link or create projects from a won deal, use the sidebar panel for projects on your deal detail page.
Can I create projects in bulk?
Currently, our importing feature doesn’t support Projects. Learn more about importing data into Pipedrive in this article.
Can I add more than one label to a project?
To add multiple labels, click the labels icon within the project detail view and select the labels you wish to apply.
Do Projects work within the automation tool?
You can find the Projects option when creating your workflow automation.
Can I add custom fields for Projects?
Go to Company settings > Data fields > “Add custom field.”
You can also create custom fields from the project detail view.
Click “...” > Customize fields in the details sidebar section and you’ll be redirected to the data fields menu.
