Pulse is your dedicated workspace in Pipedrive, designed to help you easily identify and nurture the right deals.

Cut through the noise and focus on high-impact opportunities by accessing everything you need in one centralized view.

With Pulse, you can:

  • Quickly identify priorities and next steps to stay on top of your pipeline
  • Find missing data in seconds to strengthen your qualification and outreach
  • Rank deals using custom scoring that reflects your business goals
  • Optimize follow-ups with personalized email flows and task reminders

What you‘ll find in Pulse

Pulse consists of four features (which you can use independently or interconnected) designed to work seamlessly throughout your deal prioritization and engagement process: data enrichment, custom scoring, sequences, and the feed.

Data enrichment (beta)

With data enrichment, instead of manually researching leads, you can instantly fill in missing information like company industry, size, revenue and contact details. This enriched data helps you:

  • Personalize your outreach
  • Improve custom scoring accuracy
  • Match leads to your ideal customer profile (ICP)

Since data enrichment only fills out empty fields, it won’t overwrite any of your data during this process. With a single click, you can ask it to enrich data from the deal, person or organization views.

Custom scoring

Once you have enriched your leads, custom scoring allows you to prioritize them based on criteria that matter most to your business. You can define scoring rules that reflect your sales strategy or your ICP.

Scoring becomes the backbone of your prioritization logic across Pulse, especially in the feed. Check out this article to better understand how we calculate scores in Pipedrive.

Sequences

Sequences allow you to automate your outreach in a structured, logical manner. With the visual builder, you can:

  • Create manual email steps and activities
  • Add delays between actions
  • Track the progress of every step

Actions generated by Sequences automatically show up in the feed, where they’re prioritized alongside other essential activities, ensuring a complete and organized workflow.

Feed (beta)

At the heart of Pulse is the feed, your intelligent sales command center that unifies and prioritizes:

  • Follow-ups – Ongoing deals that need your attention, including:
    • Email replies
    • No reply after 5 days
    • Today’s scheduled activities
    • Email opens and link clicks
    • Draft emails from Sequences
  • Overlooked deals – Stale or forgotten deals, like:
    • Deals without follow-up activity
    • Overdue activities
  • Opportunities – New deals with no scheduled activity yet

The feed is powerful because it keeps you focused and in control of your follow-ups, deals and opportunities. In the feed, you can:

  • Filter by pipeline, stage, card type, deal value or label
  • Sort cards by pipeline stage, due time, deal value or last engagement
  • Take action directly from the feed (create activity, send email, open deal)
  • View deal context without switching tabs
  • Enroll deals into Sequences to automate follow-ups

What is Pulse for?

We have designed Pulse to:

  • Save time by eliminating manual work – Enrich contact and company data instantly, reduce admin and streamline your workflow.
  • Focus on high-impact deals – Use scoring and engagement signals to spot and act on the most promising opportunities quickly.
  • Automate your follow-ups with ease – Create personalized sequences of emails and tasks in just a few clicks.
  • Stay on top of every opportunity – Centralize your to-dos and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks.
