Which provider is best for email sync?

Pipedrive's email sync feature is compatible with most email providers. Still, some are more intuitive than others: Gmail, Office365 and Microsoft Exchange.
We don’t recommend using email providers that require IMAP and SMTP credentials for a few reasons:
IMAP connections tend to be less modern and therefore less secure. For example, they require you to enter your password directly into Pipedrive, which is inadvisable.
IMAP connections are more prone to technical difficulties due to multiple available versions and configurations.
