Why am I required to complete the "Pipedrive 3D Secure Payment Authentication" to confirm my purchase?
If your issuing bank is in the EEA, you will be required to go through another layer of authentication when you enter your billing details. This is due to a new European regulatory requirement that went into effect on September 14, 2019, designed to make online payments more secure.
When you reach the Confirm step while updating or entering your billing information for your Pipedrive account, you may be prompted to complete a step of verification as requested by the financial institution that has issued your card.
