Why is my contact's name red in the Timeline View?

If you find that a contact's name is red in the Timeline View of your Contacts tab, that means that the contact has not been contacted within Pipedrive since a period longer than has been set in the follow-up frequency. 

For example, if your follow-up frequency has been set to 'weekly', then it has been more than one week since you last touched base with that contact. In order to stay on top of your tasks, we suggest creating an activity following up with them at your earliest convenience.
