Designing the look and behavior of your Chatbot playbook is important, but all of that hard work won't matter if you do not have the chatbot playbook embedded on a website where it can then begin interacting with your customers.
To view the embed information of any of your Chatbot playbooks, go to the Chatbot tab in your account, and select any of your existing playbooks. Once selected, go to the Installation header to find the information necessary to host the chatbot playbook in various ways.
Note: While you may have a chatbot playbook embedded on multiple pages of your website, each page can only have one Chatbot playbook embedded on it at a time. This will allow you to have different playbooks for different pages within your website.
In order to view the instructions for each of the available hosting options, simply click on the name of that option. The available Chatbot embed options are:
- Adding it manually
- Google Tag Manager
When you are satisfied with the embedding information for this playbook, click the Save button.
