Can I receive inbound calls using the Caller feature?

Note: Starting October 6, 2022, the Caller feature is no longer available for new customers. For customers on the Professional, Power or Enterprise billing plan (who signed up or upgraded before October 6, 2022) the Caller feature is being removed in phases leading up to December 31, 2023. After this date, Caller will no longer be available.

Pipedrive's Caller feature can only be used to initiate outbound calls from within Pipedrive.

When configuring the feature, you first have to confirm a phone number that will feature on the caller ID of the person you're calling.
This allows your customers to know where to call you back. Any inbound calls will not go to Pipedrive, but instead to the number you provided during the Caller configuration.
