Instead of creating manual copies of your Insights reports, goals or dashboards, you can use the duplication feature and save yourself time.

Duplicate reports

To duplicate a report you’ve created, click the “...” button on the top-right side of your screen and select “Duplicate.”

You‘ll see a pop-up with the options to edit the duplicate report’s title, folder and dashboard.

After you save the changes, the new duplicated report will open automatically.

Note: You can add a duplicate report to multiple dashboards, but only to one folder.

Shared reports

To duplicate a report someone else created and shared with you, click the “...” button on the right-hand side of your screen and select “Duplicate to your reports.”

You‘ll see the same pop-up and customization options.

Duplicate goals

Note: “View only” goals won’t be available for duplication.

The options to duplicate goals depend on your permissions:

Global admin users
Every goal, including goals set by other admins.
Team managers
Their own goals plus the goals of all their team members.
Regular users
Goals they created for themselves.

To duplicate a goal, click the “...” button on the right-hand side of your screen and select “Duplicate.”

You‘ll see a pop-up with the options to edit the name and dashboard(s) for the duplicated goal.

After you save the changes, the new duplicated goal will open automatically.

Duplicate dashboards

Note: The multiple and shared dashboard features are available for Professional and higher plans.

To duplicate a dashboard you created, click the “...” button on the right-hand side of your screen and select “Duplicate.”

You‘ll see a pop-up with options to edit the title and folder for the duplicated dashboard.

After you save the changes, the new duplicated dashboard will open automatically.

Shared dashboards

To duplicate a dashboard someone else created and shared with you, click the “...” button at the top-right side of your screen and select “Duplicate to your dashboards.”

You‘ll see a pop-up with options to edit the duplicated dashboard’s title, dashboard and reports folder.

After you save the changes, the new duplicated dashboard will open automatically.

Note: If there’s not enough space among your current reports to fit all the reports from the shared dashboard, Pipedrive will suggest choosing reports to duplicate. Learn more about usage limits in Pipedrive in this article.
