Why are emails not showing on the Detail View of the deal?

Note: The Email Sync feature is one of the many useful features of Pipedrive’s Advanced, Professional, and Enterprise plans. To learn how to switch plans, click here.


If the email is showing on the Detail View of the Person but not on the Detail View of the Deal, it is likely because the email has not yet been linked to the deal.
To link the email to the deal, go to your Pipedrive inbox, click on the email thread and click Add new deal to link it to a deal.
