If you want to add your new Gravity Forms submissions to your Pipedrive, you can do that using Zapier.

Getting your accounts ready
To connect your Gravity Forms account to Zapier, you will need the Gravity Forms plugin with the Zapier add-on installed. You will also need a form created in Gravity Forms. To get started with Gravity Forms, and for information on creating forms and installing the add-ons that you will need, check here. To link your Gravity Forms account to Pipedrive, you will need an active Pipedrive account. If you are looking to familiarize yourself with Pipedrive, check here. You can find out about getting started with Pipedrive on Zapier here.
Connecting your accounts
Click here to create Pipedrive Deals via Gravity Forms.
- Follow the directions on the first step of the Zap to connect your Gravity Forms account to Zapier.
- Choose your Pipedrive account from the list of accounts, or connect a new account.
- To connect a new Pipedrive account you will need to plug in your personal API token, found by going to Settings > Personal > API in your Pipedrive account.
- Craft the Title that you wish to use using fields from Gravity Forms.
- Click Save + Finish.
Now test the Zap to make sure it works. Once you're satisfied with the results, a new Pipedrive deal will be created whenever your form is filled out.
Note: If you ever want to change this Pipedrive and Gravity Forms integration, just go to your Zapier dashboard and tweak anything you'd like.
