How can I create a person contact from a received email?

To create a person contact directly from a received email, you can go to the Mail tab of your Pipedrive account, click on and open the relevant email thread, and click on the Add to existing contact or Create new contact button in the top right corner.

From here you can enter the relevant contact person details before clicking on Save to add the new person contact to your Pipedrive account.

If you go to the contact person’s detail page, you will now see the relevant email thread linked to this contact. Any previous or future email threads that have this contact person’s email address as a participant will now automatically show up as linked under this contact person’s detail page as well.
