Where can I find the Pulse Feed?

On the sidebar on the left-hand side of your screen, click the Pulse icon > Feed.

How can I set up the Pulse Feed?

By default, Pulse Feed shows deals from all pipelines and stages, so you don’t miss anything before setting your filters.

You can customize which pipelines and stages your Pulse Feed shows by using the filters option at any time.

Click on the Filters button and select Stage.

When you open Filters, you’ll see options to:

  • Show all pipelines and stages
  • Select specific pipelines
  • Choose one or more stages within those pipelines

Once you save your preferences, they’ll be remembered the next time you visit the Pulse Feed.

How Pulse Feed works

Pulse Feed organizes your work into three tabs, helping you prioritize follow-ups and uncover opportunities.

The Feed is based on open deals assigned to you, across all pipelines by default. You can fine-tune what appears using filters in each tab.

Follow-ups tab

Focus on active deals and recent interactions. This tab includes:

  • Email replies – See when a contact replies to your email.
  • Deals without email reply – Get a reminder to follow up if there’s no reply after 5 days.
  • Planned activities – View calls, meetings, or tasks scheduled for today.
  • Emails opened – Know when a contact opens your email.
  • Links clicked in emails – Track when links in your emails are clicked.
  • Email drafts – Review deals queued for automated email sends via Sequences

Overlooked deals tab

Find deals that may need attention:

  • Deals without follow-up activity – No emails or tasks logged after the last contact.
  • Overdue activities – Past-due tasks linked to open deals.

Opportunities tab

Uncover new or untouched deals with potential:

  • Deals without activities – New open deals assigned to you, but with no scheduled tasks yet.

Taking action in the Feed

Each card in Pulse Feed includes:

  • Deal and contact details
  • Quick actions to schedule a task, send an email, or open the deal – without leaving the Feed

When clicking a card, a contextual side panel will open with everything you need at a glance – including the deal detail view, linked activities and associated contact and organization.

You can take action without leaving the Feed and move between cards using the arrows at the top of the panel.

Filtering and sorting

Use filters to tailor your Feed and stay focused. Filtering options vary by tab.

Filter by:

  • Pipeline stage
  • Card type
  • Score

Sort by:

  • Card type
  • Score
  • Due time
  • Recently added
