Can I change the information in a past Pipedrive invoice?

<p>When calculating the cost of your invoice, Pipedrive factors in three things:</p>

<li><strong>The number of active seats in your Pipedrive company account –</strong> You will be billed by the number of seats you have and not users. <li><strong>The subscription plan you are on (Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power, or Enterprise) –</strong> Visit our <a href="https://www.pipedrive.com/en/pricing" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">pricing page</a> to know more about our plans and their prices.</li><li><strong> The billing frequency –</strong> Being <strong>monthly</strong> or <strong>annual</strong>. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the entire year and come with a discount. Monthly subscriptions pay full price. How is the subscription cost of the Pipedrive invoice calculated?

How can I view my past Pipedrive invoices?

<p style="text-align: justify">Invoices from Pipedrive will be received by email, at the email address set by the admin user when providing billing information. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify">You can adjust this information by going to the <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/subscription">Billing </a>page; then, locate the <strong>Billing contact</strong> panel on the right-hand side of your screen and click on the pencil icon. Here, you will be able to update your billing details. </p>

How will I receive my Pipedrive invoice?

<p style="text-align: justify">As a subscription service, Pipedrive invoices are automatically paid the moment they are generated, using the billing information set for that company’s Pipedrive account.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">If payment cannot be made using that billing information, the admin user will be informed and new billing information will need to be provided in order to prevent interruption of the Pipedrive service. </p>

When does my Pipedrive invoice need to be paid by?

<p style="text-align: justify">When an invoice in Pipedrive has been marked as past due – meaning that Pipedrive has not been able to collect payment on it using the provided billing information – it has certain effects on the Pipedrive account in question.<br><br>Since Pipedrive is a subscription-based service, access to Pipedrive is dependent on the timely payment of the company invoice.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">However, we recognize that issues occasionally arise with banks or with sorting out new billing information, so there is a grace period of thirty days to allow you to sort out any issues before you need to worry about interruption of your Pipedrive service.<br><br>If issues cannot be sorted out in the timeframe, the Pipedrive service will be suspended. Don’t worry, though: providing new valid billing information will restore access to your Pipedrive account and allow you to continue with your business.</p>

What happens when my Pipedrive invoice is marked as past-due?

What vendor name will appear on my bank statements?

<p style="text-align: justify">Taxamo is Pipedrive's official partner in certain countries.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">If you see <strong>Taxamo</strong> on your invoice, this means you are in one of the selected Taxamo regions. We will ask you to confirm your country of residence when you enter your billing address in order to verify your Taxamo region. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Depending on your country's billing address you have the possibility to enter your tax ID to reflect on your invoices.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">To add or update your tax ID in your account, go to your <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/subscription" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Billing</a> tab and select the <strong>pencil icon</strong> in the <strong>Billing details</strong> section.</p>
