Why do I need to re-submit my payment details for subscription renewals? (India)
From October 1st, 2021, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) e-mandate directive took effect for recurring payments using India Bank Cards.
This means that customers who are using cards issued by a bank in India and are paying over ₹15,000 (INR) for their subscription renewal will need to log in to Pipedrive and manually re-enter the billing details to get the transactions successfully processed.
To do this, go to your billing tab and edit your billing details by clicking on the pencil icon. If you experience any difficulties when re-submitting your details, don't hesitate to contact our support team.
