How can I regain access to a closed account?

As an Admin User, you may regain access to a closed Pipedrive company by logging into Pipedrive with your existing details connected to the closed company, and providing new billing information. Keep in mind that this is only possible as long as your information still exists on Pipedrive's servers.

Any user without Admin User statuscannot reactivate an account. If you'd like your account reactivated, please contact the Admin User of your company Pipedrive account.
