How can I regain access to a closed account and pay for a different number of seats?

Note: This action is only available to Admin Users.

To regain access to a closed Pipedrive company account, and pay for a different number of seats than when the account was closed, please log in with the existing credentials associated with the closed company, and provide new billing information.

When providing new billing information, you will see an option to the right side of the page to 'Add or remove seats'.
If you have any issues with this, please reach out to billing@pipedrive.com.

In the case that there are more users than seats, some users will need to be deactivated — which can also be done from this window. Keep in mind that this is only possible as long as your information still exists on Pipedrive's servers.
