Why do I get an error when I try to open a file?

This is likely related to the Google Drive integration you and your colleagues might have set up.

If you have uploaded a file to Pipedrive while having the Google Drive integration turned on, then it will be stored on your Google Drive.

Your colleagues will be able to open the files stored in Google Drive given the following two conditions;

1. They also have the Google Drive integration turned on in Pipedrive.

2. The file is set to ‘shared’ in your Google Drive.
