<p style="text-align: justify">When users leave your company or no longer need access to Pipedrive, they can be deactivated from the company account. After they have been deactivated, deals, contacts and activities will remain owned by these users within Pipedrive but can easily be viewed and reassigned using <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en/articles/207497075-Filtering" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">the filtering option.</a></p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify">Viewing data of a deactivated user <a name="viewing-data-of-a-deactivated-user"></a></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify">Using filters, you can view the deals, contacts and activities owned by your deactivated users. From your pipeline or any list view, click on the <strong>filter dropdown &gt; DEACTIVATED USERS </strong>to expand the list of all of your deactivated users.</p>

<strong>Note: </strong>Once a user is deactivated, you can not assign items to them.</div>
<p style="text-align: justify">If you would like to reassign your items to an active user, you can do this by filtering for your deactivated user's items and reassigning them from the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en/articles/360000146149-List-View" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>list view</strong></a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">In the <strong>owner </strong>column, hover over the owner’s name, click the <strong>pencil icon</strong> to show the drop-down list of active users and select the user you would like to assign the item to. It is also possible to <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en/articles/115001107949-How-can-I-bulk-edit-in-the-List-View-" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>bulk-edit</strong></a> your items to reassign multiple at once.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">You can also reassign the items from the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en/articles/360000106249-Detail-View" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>detail view</strong></a>. At the top of the item page, select the <strong>arrow </strong>beside the owner’s name in order to view the dropdown of users. You can then select the name of the owner you would like to assign the item to. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Once you have chosen the user you would like to assign the item to, click “<strong>Save</strong>”.</p>

<p>You can find the <strong>“+ Add new filter” </strong>button by clicking the filter drop-down in the top right corner of your: </p>

<p>There are two types of filter conditions you can add: <strong>ALL </strong>and <strong>ANY</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Every<strong> ALL</strong> condition must be met, or an item won’t be displayed in your filter results<br></li>
<li>At least one <strong>ANY </strong>condition must be met, along with any <strong>ALL </strong>conditions <br></li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify">For example, in this first filter, there are two competing conditions in the <strong>ALL </strong> section: </p>

With <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/campaigns-by-pipedrive" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Campaigns</a>, you can use filters to send specific campaigns to a specific audience.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">There are two ways to create filters for sending out campaigns. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify">In your <strong>people list view, </strong>click the filter button and then<strong> </strong>“<strong>+ Add new filter.</strong>”</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">In addition to segmenting your contacts, you can select filters based on campaign data such as send date, interactions (opens and clicks) and subscription date. You can combine these conditions and include other person filters as well.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">The Campaigns feature offers the following marketing engagement conditions:</p>

<p>You don’t need to use the campaign title filter since using applicable campaign filters will automatically open a dropdown menu to select a specific campaign: </p>

<p style="text-align: justify">For example, you can create a list of contacts who didn’t open a specific campaign using the condition<em> </em><strong>P</strong><strong>erson</strong> &gt; <strong>Campaign opens</strong> &gt; <strong>[select campaign] &gt; is &gt; 0</strong>. <br></p>

<p style="text-align: justify">To filter for campaign recipients who haven’t opened your email, two conditions are required:</p>
<ul><li><strong>Person &gt; Campaign opens &gt; [select campaign] &gt; is &gt; 0. </strong></li><li><strong>Person &gt; Campaign send date &gt; [select campaign] &gt; is &gt; [select time frame].</strong></li></ul>
