This is likely related to the Google Drive integration that you and your colleagues might have set up in Pipedrive.
If you have uploaded a file to Pipedrive while having the Google Drive integration turned on, then it will be stored on your Google Drive. You and your colleagues will be able to open the files stored in Google Drive, as long as:
- They also have the Google Drive integration turned on in Pipedrive.
- The file is set to ‘Shared’ in your Google Drive.
If either of this criteria is not met, you and your colleagues will receive an error message.
