Reports: Activities Effort

In the activity-based sales system, users need to consistently add and complete activities within deals in order to properly track how effective some specific efforts are in successfully winning deals with your customers.
In order to effectively track this information, Pipedrive has provided a series of reports relating to the tracking of these essential actions.

Activities added

This report displays the all of the activities added to the Pipedrive account in a specified time period, and can be sorted either by user or by activity type.
Specifically, this report is recommended for gauging how often a user in your account adds their sales activities to the database, or if there are far more instances of one specific activity type occurring in your sales process.

This report can be adjusted...

  • by Users, to see which users are adding specific activities.
  • by Users over time, to see the activities adding by users over a specific timeframe.
  • by Types, to see which activity types are added most often.
  • by Types over time, to see added activity types over a specific timeframe.

Activities completed

This report acts as a partner to the Activities added report, as it displays the all of the activities that have been marked as Done in your Pipedrive account in a specified time period, and can be sorted either by user or by activity type.
This is recommended for gauging how efficiently your users take their scheduled activities and mark them as having been completed.

This report can be adjusted...

  • by Users, to see which users are marking their specific activities as Done in the account.
  • by Users over time, to see the activities marked as Done by users over a specific timeframe.
  • by Types, to see which activity types are marked as Done most often.
  • by Types over time, to see those completed activity types over a specific timeframe.

Emails sent

This report displays information regarding emails that have been sent from within the Pipedrive app.
Specifically, this report is recommended for gauging how often a user in your account adds their sales activities to the database, or if there are far more instances of one specific activity type occurring in your sales process.

This report can be adjusted...

  • by Users, to see which users are receiving emails within Pipedrive, and if those emails are associated with deals, contacts, or both.
  • by Users over time, to how often users receive emails from within the Pipedrive app over a period of time.

Emails received

This report displays the emails received by a user to the Pipedrive account in a specified time period, and can be sorted either by user or by activity type.
More specifically, this report gauges how often a user receives emails in Pipedrive, and whether those emails are associated with a deal or contact.

  • by Users, to see which users are receiving emails within Pipedrive, and if those emails are associated with deals, contacts, or both.
  • by Users over time, to how often users receive emails from within the Pipedrive app over a period of time.
