<p style="text-align: justify">To create a new dashboard, go to <strong><a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/progress/insights" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Insights</a></strong> and click <strong>”+“ &gt; Dashboard. </strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Once you’ve created your dashboard, you can add reports to it using two methods. </p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify">Drag-and-drop<a name="drag-and-drop"></a></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify">If you’ve already created reports in your Insights, you can drag reports from the left side panel directly into your dashboard. </p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify">Customizing your dashboard<a name="customizing-your-dashboard"></a></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify">The best thing about the Insights dashboard is that you can both resize and arrange your reports however works best for you. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify">There are several tools you can use in the dashboard to customize your view:</p>
<ul><li><strong>Pencil icon – </strong>takes you to the editor view for that report</li><li><strong>Move icon – </strong>hold this down to drag your report anywhere on your dashboard<br></li><li><strong>Resize icon</strong> – lets you stretch and shrink the size of your reports on the dashboard</li></ul>

<h3 style="text-align: justify">Filters<br><a name="filters"></a></h3>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>Using filters in your dashboard doesn’t change the data contained in the reports, just the data being shown in the dashboard. The quick filter is not supported in goals.</div>
<p style="text-align: justify">You also have filters you can use to change the data being displayed in your dashboard. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify">If a filter you apply removes all of the data from a report, you’ll still see the empty report in your dashboard. </p>

<h3 style="text-align: justify">Deleting items <br><a name="deleting-items"></a></h3>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong><strong>Note</strong>: </strong>Removing a report from your dashboard doesn’t delete it, you can still access and view it in your list of reports.<br></div>
<p style="text-align: justify">If you want to remove a report from your dashboard, use the <strong>move icon</strong> to drag the report to the bottom of the screen where it says <strong>remove from dashboard. </strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify">You can make your Insights dashboards visible to other people in a couple of different ways. </p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify">Sharing<a name="sharing"></a></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify">You can share your dashboard by clicking the <strong>”Share“ </strong>button in the top right corner. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify">The first option you’ll have is to share internally with your team members. Click the search bar to see a list of team members you can share with, or type a name in directly. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify">You can also export a PDF or PNG copy of your dashboard to your device, so you can save it or distribute it. </p>

<h3>Update intervals<a name="update-intervals"></a></h3>

<p>To change the update intervals for a shared dashboard, two conditions must be met: </p>
<ul><li>You have to be the creator of the dashboard link</li><li>The link has to be opened in the browser it was created in</li></ul>

<p>There are two options available for dashboard sharing in Pipedrive: <strong>internal</strong> sharing with users, and <strong>external</strong> sharing with a public link.</p>

<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note:</strong> Sharing dashboards with editor rights is only available on Professional and higher plans, but everyone can share internally their reports and dashboards with viewer rights. <p>When you share a dashboard with a user, you can designate them as a <strong>viewer </strong>or <strong>editor</strong>, transfer ownership or remove access. </p>

<p><strong>Insights viewers</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Shared dashboards set to <strong><strong>”</strong>view-only<strong>”</strong></strong> can’t be updated by non-owners. If any changes are made to the reports, they can be saved as a new report and added to your personal dashboard.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">The quick filters are still available and specific to the user, meaning you can apply quick filters even when you‘re not the owner.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">As a viewer of a report, users <strong>can‘t</strong>:</p>
<ul><li>Add reports to the shared dashboard</li><li>Remove reports from the dashboard</li><li>Add shared reports to other dashboards</li><li>Share the dashboards and reports with other users</li></ul>
<p>Performing these actions requires <strong>editing</strong> access for Insights. <strong><br></strong></p>

<a name="sharing-dashboards-externally"></a>Sharing dashboards externally</h2>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note:</strong> This feature is available in all plans. Creating shareable links is only available by default to admin users. To allow non-admin users to create links, go to <strong>Settings &gt; Manage users &gt; <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/permissions" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Permission sets</a></strong>, and enable the <strong><strong>”</strong></strong><strong><strong>Share Insights dashboards as public links</strong></strong><strong><strong>” </strong></strong>permission<strong><strong><strong><strong>.</strong></strong></strong></strong></div>
<p style="text-align: justify">To create a shareable link for your Insights dashboard, select a dashboard then click <strong>Share &gt; Share as public link &gt; </strong><strong>Get link</strong></p>

<p>You can then copy the link to your clipboard and send it to anyone interested in how you and your team are doing.<br></p>

<strong><a name="C2IamCs"></a>How can I manage viewer access?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">If you want to share the same dashboard with multiple different viewers, you can create multiple links by clicking on <strong>“Add new link” </strong>under the existing links.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">For example, if you want to share the same dashboard with your managers and clients, you can create two separate links and name them accordingly.</p>
<p>Click the <strong>pencil icon</strong> to rename your link.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify">Reassigning dashboards and reports<a name="reassigning-dashboards-and-reports"></a></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify">To reassign a dashboard or report to a different user in your account, click <strong>Share &gt; dropdown menu &gt; Transfer ownership.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Once you have confirmed and clicked <strong>”Save,“</strong> you‘ll see a dialogue box asking you to verify the ownership transfer: </p>

Reports that are added to this dashboard will be visible under the <strong>“Shared with me”</strong> section in <strong>Reports.</strong><br></div>
