It also provides notifications about new assignments, deal progress or changes to items you own.

You can open your Sales Assistant panel by clicking the lightbulb in the top right corner:

The Sales Assistant is designed to give you helpful account data and reminders, as well as data and reminders specifically helpful for you. 
That’s why you can use the thumbs up and thumbs down options on any tip card to “like” or “dislike” it. 
<ul><li>If you “like” a card, the Sales Assistant will remember to show you that card and any ones that you like more frequently. </li></ul>

Sales Assistant also offers email tracking notifications, so you're always aware of your customer's activities.
These notifications alert you whenever a customer opens an email or clicks on a link. By having this information, you can:

The tracking progress feature is engineered to offer you and your sales representatives direct access to essential sales insights.
This feature is intended to enhance the efficiency of deal closure and tracking activities. This widget is enabled by default and provides instant visibility into performance metrics, allowing comparisons with past periods to assess progress against targets.
Automating this process improves the ‘Time to Value’ and ‘More deals’ metrics from the Customer Benefit Metrics suite.
The daily progress will show you:

The monthly progress will show your month-to-date results compared with the results from the previous month.

The AI Sales Assistant will boost your productivity by sending you notifications about critical metrics to monitor and suggestions to prioritize activities for you and your team.
<h3>Next best action<a name="next-best-action"></a></h3>
The next best action card for a deal is displayed only if the deal probability chance is estimated to be Fair or High.
The card will suggest a specific action to take as the next best step – a phone call, an email or a demo meeting.

AI Sales Assistant (AISA)

Pipedrive's Sales Assistant feature is an AI notification system that presents insights and advice to help you win your deals and streamline your sales process. You can access your Sales Assistant by clicking on the lightbulb in the top right-hand corner of the page.

<a name="managing-notifications"></a> Managing notifications</h2>
To configure your Sales Assistant, click on the lightbulb and then the gear symbol to access the settings.

You will have two options: to pause notification alerts for today and manage notifications. Click on "Manage notifications" to open up your notification preferences within the side panel so that you can customize your Sales Assistant notifications.

Here you can choose what you will be notified about, as well as what notifications you would like included in your summary email. If you do not select to include any notification types in your summary email, you will not receive one.
By clicking "More (...)" on the Sales Assistant cards, you can choose to close that notification type or go to your Sales Assistant settings page.

At the top of the Sales Assistant, you have the option to view all notifications. This will take you to the user overview where you will see a timeline of your notifications.

Updates on your followed items
One of your notification types is "Updates on what I follow". With this notification, you also have the option to have an email overview sent to your email address hourly or daily.

If you select "Send an email overview once a day", click on the question mark and you will be able to select what time you would like to receive the notification email.
 Summary email
At the bottom of your Sales Assistant preferences, you have the option to select a time to receive your summary email. This email is sent daily and sends you a summary of the notifications you received in the past twenty-four hours as long as you have selected "Include in summary email" for that notification type.

You can click on the items in the summary email to be directed to the item page in your Pipedrive account.

One of the most important parts of sales is being aware of the progress of the conversations you're having with your customers and the activities that keep those conversations going.

<a name="notifications"></a>Notifications</h2>
To stay updated, we suggest utilizing the notifications option found in the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en/articles/360001842598-Sales-Assistant-" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Sales Assistant</a> feature in the Pipedrive app to stay aware of all of the updates made to the information you own or follow.
The notifications are found once you click on the Sales Assistant icon in the top right corner of the Pipedrive app. You can scroll down past the suggestion cards to see your notifications.

Whenever changes are made to items that you own or follow, you will receive a notification in this location. These updates can be marked as read to remove the notification signifier.

If you prefer highly-visible, real-time information about the updates in your account, Pipedrive also offers native desktop notifications.
When enabled, native desktop notifications provide your updated information immediately in the bottom-right corner of the Pipedrive app in your window.

To stay up to date on everything happening in your Pipedrive account in live time, you can enable Desktop notifications. 
To do this, go to Personal preferences &gt; <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/notifications" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Notifications</a> &gt; In-app desktop notification.
Make sure to click on “Save” to confirm your changes.
