Why aren't my emails archived in my mail client when I archived them in Pipedrive?

Note: The Email Sync feature is one of the many useful features of Pipedrive’s Gold plan. To learn how to switch plans, click here.

The Pipedrive archive function is not connected with the archive function of your synced email client. This means that, when an email is archived within Pipedrive, the state of the email in your email client is unaffected.
