How can I edit a user?

Note: This action is only available to Admin Users.

  • Go to Settings > Users & permissions > Users.
  • To edit the information associated with a user, click on the 'Edit' option found there.


Only the user's displayed Name and login Email can be edited on this page.
If a user is associated with multiple Pipedrive company accounts, you will not be able to manually edit this user information.
To edit that information, the user must update the information themselves, by going to Settings > Personal > Profile and updating those fields as needed. 

If you would like to promote a user from Regular User to Admin User status, you can do so by clicking on the "No" found under the "Admin" column. 
Promoting a user to Admin User status gives them all of the rights and privileges to edit information within the company account.
