Bedrock Data integrations enable Pipedrive users to bi-directionally sync data with marketing automation, event, and e-commerce systems. With a Bedrock Data integration you can finally close the loop between sales and marketing, creating a more streamlined and efficient relationship between lead generation and revenue.
One of our most popular integrations is between Pipedrive and HubSpot, a leading marketing automation provider. Like any Bedrock Data integration, the set up process for this sync is intuitive, user friendly, and quick. To start syncing your Pipedrive data with HubSpot, just follow the steps below! First things first, you'll want to create an account at https://my.bedrockdata.com
When you have created your account, you’ll be brought to the Connectors page. Here, you’ll want to install both Pipedrive and HubSpot. To do this, you’ll need to enter your API keys for both systems.
Note - Get your Pipedrive API key under Settings > Personal > API (See example)
Then place your Pipedrive API key here:
Once you’ve connected Pipedrive and HubSpot, Bedrock now has access to your data – the next step is to tell us how to keep that data in sync. This is called mapping your fields.
Click the Mappings tab on the left hand side of your screen and you’ll be prompted to auto-generate your mappings.
Upon clicking this, Bedrock Data will automatically map select fields from the Person, Organization and Deal objects in Pipedrive to the Contact, Company and Deal objects in HubSpot.
Click in to any of these object mappings to see the fields that Bedrock Data has automatically mapped for you.
If you wish to add more fields manually, you can do this by simply clicking the Add Fields button in each mapping.
Once you have mapped your fields, you can go ahead and setup Workflows.
Workflows are filters that allow you to choose which records to sync between Pipedrive and HubSpot. By default, Bedrock Data will sync all of your records. However, you may not necessarily want all of your HubSpot leads syncing to Pipedrive right away.
For example, let’s say you only want to sync marketing qualified leads from HubSpot into Pipedrive. To do this, you would write a workflow which says only sync HubSpot contacts where the lifecycle stage field has a value of Marketing Qualified Lead.
All records must now pass this rule in order to be synced.
Finally, it’s time to start your integration. Click on the Dashboard tab to subscribe to your 15-day free trial.
