Replicating old reports in Insights

The old Reports and Dashboards features will be retired by Q3 of 2020 and replaced by the new Insights feature. You can easily replicate your old reports in the Insights feature while also being able to add additional customization and improved visualization of your sales progress. 

 

Note:  When creating an insights report, there will be a default filter created. Similar to the old reports where you can filter for a specific pipeline, team, or time frame, you will be able to adjust the filter of your Insights report according to the data you want to see. 

 


Activities Effort

The four reports under Activities Effort can be replaced in Insights with Activity Performance and Email performance reports.

1 & 2— Activities added and Activities completed

To create an insights report based on activities added or completed, go to Insights > Add report > Activity, and select an Activity performance report

To create an Insights report based on deals started, go to Insights > Add report > Deal, and select a Performance report.

Replicating Dashboards

Once you have created and customized the reports you want to see, you can add them to a Dashboard. The Insights Dashboard will give you a visual collection of your reports up to 25 reports per dashboard. You can learn more about Insights Dashboards in this article
