What happens when my Pipedrive trial expires?

When a Pipedrive trial expires, the result depends on what has occurred regarding billing information for that company Pipedrive account.

If billing information has been provided during the trial period, a subscription will be started upon the expiration of the trial.
The cost of that subscription will be dependent upon the chosen Pipedrive plan and the number of active users in the company account when the trial period expired.

If billing information has not been provided during the trial period, all access to the company Pipedrive account will be restricted. It will remain restricted until an Admin User in the account logs in and provides the billing information necessary to begin a Pipedrive subscription.
If no information is provided in the weeks following the date that the trial expired, the company account — and all of its data — will be removed from Pipedrive's servers.
