Leadbooster add-on:

  • Chatbot – allow your customers to better qualify themselves as potential customers of your company directly from your website.
  • Livechat – live chat functionality added to your Chatbot playbook flow that will allow you to engage directly with your website visitors and personalize your lead qualification process.
  • Web Forms – create your own personalized, embeddable forms for your website to collect your website visitors' information and funnel them into Pipedrive as deals or leads.
  • Prospector – an outbound lead generation tool that will allow you to search for and gather high-quality leads based on set criteria.
  • Scheduler – Unlimited 'General availability' links.


Separate add-ons:

  • Web Visitors – allows you to track visitor activity on your website to track and identify the companies who are most engaged with your website and most likely to turn into customers
  • Smart Docs – comes with any Professional or Enterprise subscription, however it can also be used as an add-on for Essential or Advanced plans.
  • Projects – allows you to manage post-sales activities for your Deals, so you can continue to interact with and set objectives for closed, as well as open Deals.
  • Campaigns – allows you to create beautiful email marketing templates, engage your customers and manage all of your data directly in your Pipedrive account.
