<p style="text-align: justify">The data in a report can be exported to a spreadsheet by scrolling down to the <strong>table view</strong> and clicking <strong>”Export.“</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify">You can also export individual data points from a report. To do so, click on one of the columns in your report. <br></p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Keeping track of your progress is one of the most important parts of sales. Pipedrive’s <strong>Insights feature</strong> lets you create custom reports, dashboards and goals so you know exactly what you’ve accomplished so far and what still needs to be done. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify">There are three sections to the <strong>Insights feature:</strong></p>

<h2>Visibility and permissions<a name="visibility-and-permissions"></a></h2>
<div style="text-align: justify" class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>Currently, there are no visibility groups for viewing items in Insights. When you set a user’s visibility for any item (leads, deals, people, organizations or products), that rule applies to their Insights as well.<br></div>
<p style="text-align: justify">Users with deals admin access have full visibility of all deals and leads regardless of the visibility group setting. Likewise, users with global admin access have full visibility of all person, organization and product data regardless of the visibility group option.<br></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">However, you can adjust the permissions for <strong>global regular users</strong> by going to <strong>Manage users &gt; <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/permissions" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Permission sets</a> &gt; Global features permission sets</strong>.<br></p>
<ul><li><strong><strong><strong>See company’s stats in Insights</strong> </strong></strong>–<strong><strong> </strong></strong>Access the whole company’s stats in Insights, regardless of the user’s access to specific items. <h3 style="text-align: justify">Updating existing reports<a name="updating-existing-reports"></a></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify">After you’ve created a report, you can go back in and make changes any time you want. After you’ve made your changes, you can either: </p>
<ul><li><strong>Discard changes</strong> – reset the report back to the previous state</li><li><strong>Save as new </strong>– create a new report with the changes</li><li><strong>Save</strong> – save the changes to the existing report </li></ul>

How is currency converted in Pipedrive?

<p>When you share a dashboard with a user, you can designate them as a <strong>viewer </strong>or <strong>editor</strong>, transfer ownership or remove access. </p>

<p><strong>Insights viewers</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Shared dashboards set to <strong><strong>”</strong>view-only<strong>”</strong></strong> can’t be updated by non-owners. If any changes are made to the reports, they can be saved as a new report and added to your personal dashboard.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">The quick filters are still available and specific to the user, meaning you can apply quick filters even when you‘re not the owner.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">As a viewer of a report, users <strong>can‘t</strong>:</p>
<ul><li>Add reports to the shared dashboard</li><li>Remove reports from the dashboard</li><li>Add shared reports to other dashboards</li><li>Share the dashboards and reports with other users</li></ul>

<strong><a name="C2IamCs"></a>How can I manage viewer access?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">If you want to share the same dashboard with multiple different viewers, you can create multiple links by clicking on <strong>“Add new link” </strong>under the existing links.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">For example, if you want to share the same dashboard with your managers and clients, you can create two separate links and name them accordingly.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">To reassign a dashboard or report to a different user in your account, click <strong>Share &gt; dropdown menu &gt; Transfer ownership.</strong></p>

<h2>Update intervals<a name="update-intervals"></a></h2>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>When a user changes the update intervals for a dashboard, those changes are applied to every dashboard link created by that user.</div>
<p>To change the update intervals for a shared dashboard, two conditions must be met: </p>
<ul><li>You have to be the creator of the dashboard link</li><li>The link has to be opened in the browser it was created in</li></ul>

<p>A performance report displays data related to campaign deliverability.</p>

<p><strong>Conversion</strong></p>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>Unlike performance reports, conversion reports don’t have a <strong>segment by</strong> field, and the <strong>measure by </strong>field is replaced by a <strong>conversion</strong> field. <p>The conversion report focuses on the success rate of campaigns after they’re sent.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">After you select your filters you can choose how that data is visualized. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify">You can start by selecting a chart type to use in the top left corner. </p>

<p><strong>Measure by</strong> <br><br>This field defines which units are used to present the data, and is represented by the height of the columns.</p>

<p><strong>View by</strong></p>
<p>This field dictates how the horizontal axis of your chart is shown and is represented by the category used to split your columns. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify">You can control how your users interact with Insights and the data they can see using <strong>visibility groups</strong> and <strong>permission sets</strong>. </p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify">Insights visibility<a name="insights-visibility"></a></h2>
<p style="text-align: justify">Pipedrive’s visibility can be configured by going to <strong>Manage users &gt; <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/visibility-groups" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Visibility groups</a></strong> and can be broken down into five categories: </p>

<p style="text-align: justify">For example, if a user has ”owner only“ visibility for deals, they’ll only be able to see Insights data related to deals they own. They’ll still be able to see the charts and collective data, just not the <strong>specific</strong> items they <strong>don’t</strong> own. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Users that have deals admin access will have full visibility of all deals and leads regardless of the visibility group setting. In addition, users with global admin access will have full visibility of all person, organization, and product data regardless of the visibility group option.</p>

<p dir="ltr">At the bottom of the page, you also have a table containing a breakdown of the revenue displayed in the report.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Each column in the table represents the revenue data attached to a deal. If your deal consists of two or more products, all these products will be represented in the table on each row.<br></p>

<p style="text-align: justify">The data you see in your report can be adjusted using two different methods. </p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify">Filters<br></h3>
<p dir="ltr">The first section of the report provides filter options to refine the data set. Filters are available for deal, contact person and organization fields, allowing for targeted data analysis.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Under deal entities you can filter different data, such as deal billing date or deal revenue type. <h3 style="text-align: justify">Report columns<br></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify">In your report, the <strong>v</strong><strong>iew by</strong> option (X-axis) will show the billing date and <strong>monthly</strong> will be selected by default, but you can choose to view your report by the following frequencies:</p>

<p dir="ltr">The <strong>“Segment by”</strong> dropdown enables the categorization of revenue based on various product attributes:</p>
<ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Revenue type</strong> distinguishes between one-time products, recurring products, or installment-based revenues</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Revenue item</strong> identifies the specific product or installment associated with the revenue</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Owner</strong> allows segmentation of revenue by the deal owner</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Deal status</strong> segments revenue by the deal’s stage: open, won, or lost</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Organization/contact person</strong> segments revenue based on the associated contact or organization linked to the deals</p></li></ul>
