Where can I find the AI chat feature?
You can find the AI chat at the top of Pipedrive, right next to the search bar. It’s easily accessible no matter where you’re in Pipedrive.
What can I do with the AI Chat?
The AI chat, powered by OpenAI, can answer your Pipedrive-related questions by pulling information from our Knowledge Base.
For example, if you ask how to set up an automation or create a report in Insights, the AI chat will guide you step-by-step, including visuals when available.
You can drag the chat window anywhere in the app and adjust its size to avoid covering anything you need to see or to make it bigger for a more comfortable chat experience.
Right now, the chat can answer “how-to” questions, such as “How do you do this?”, “How does that work?”, or “How should I use this feature?”.
Pipedrive’s AI chat offers a range of helpful features beyond just answering product-related questions. Like ChatGPT, it can handle general inquiries, assist in summarizing content that you drop into the conversation, generate content for your notes and emails based on your specific requests and even type follow-up questions.
