What happens after restoring?

<p style="text-align: justify">Pipedrive has the ability to choose which app is the default when you click on a phone number in Pipedrive. For example, you can use a provider such as Skype for calls or SMS, Lync, or a number of SIP-based phone systems.<br><br>You can specify the protocol syntax you would like to use for the call-to links within your Pipedrive account. Once configured, you will be able to click on any phone number in Pipedrive and have it trigger a call to that number via your chosen service.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">No matter how good of a salesperson you are, some deals will just simply not continue. <div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note:</strong> By default, Pipedrive is set to use <strong>freeform</strong> lost reasons. You can have up to 100 lost reasons in your company account. Learn how to enable predefined lost reasons in <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en/articles/115005633045" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">this article</a>. </div>
<p style="text-align: justify">To use your lost reasons, simply mark a deal in your Pipedrive account as <strong>lost</strong>. You’ll see a prompt asking for a reason for marking that deal as lost.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Using this documented lost reason information, you can get an idea for trends within your sales – like if a certain category of customers is not likely to finish a sale around a certain time of the year, or if a competitor is beginning to poach away some of your customers.<br> <br> To get an immediate idea of your lost reasons:</p>

<li>Go to the <strong>deals</strong> tab of your Pipedrive account and then to the <strong>list view</strong>.</li>
<li>Using the filter button, find the lost deals within your Pipedrive account.</li>
<li>When displaying those lost deals, click on the <strong>gear icon</strong> on the right side of the Pipedrive app.</li>
<li>Select the <strong>lost reason</strong> column to display in your list view, and click <strong>"Save"</strong>.<br> </li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify">With that lost reason column now displayed, you should see the reasons provided for why each specific deal was marked as <strong>lost</strong>.</p>

<p>If you ever find yourself needing to give the company you're accessing in Pipedrive a different name, it is quite easy to change:</p>

Renaming a Pipedrive company account

<p>The company domain in Pipedrive gives you a company-specific domain that replaces the default app domain (<a href="/">https://app.pipedrive.com/</a>). With the company domain, you can easily see which company you are in if you have multiple Pipedrive accounts. The company domain will also be used for your <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en/articles/360000015825" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Smart Bcc</a> address. </p>
<p>When an account is created in Pipedrive, the name given for the company account will be used for the company domain as long as that domain is still available. To change your company domain, go to <strong>Company settings &gt; <a href="/settings/company_settings#company_domain">Company domain</a></strong> and click the <strong>pencil</strong> button. <br><br></p>

<p style="text-align: justify">To use your predefined lost reasons, simply mark a deal in your Pipedrive account as <strong>lost</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">In the <strong>“Mark as lost”</strong> prompt, you’ll see a dropdown section under lost reason instead of the fillable text form. Click the dropdown prompt to scroll through a list of your predefined lost reasons and select one.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Once done, that predefined lost reason will appear in the <strong>detail view</strong> of that now-<strong>lost</strong> deal.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">These predefined lost reasons can also be tracked in the same way as the freeform lost reasons, through both the <strong>list view</strong> of the <strong>deals</strong> tab and the <strong>progress</strong> tab of your Pipedrive account.</p>
