If you are seeing general performance issues in your Pipedrive account, it may be a good idea to clear your browser’s cache and cookies as the first troubleshooting step.
Here are guidelines on how to clear your cache and cookies for the major browsers that support Pipedrive.
In a Chrome window, click the three dot icon (More) in the top right corner. After you click this icon, go to More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
In the window that appears, make sure that Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files, and Browsing history are selected before hitting Clear data.
In a Firefox window, click on the bookshelf icon in the top right corner > History.
You can then go to Clear Recent History, select Everything in the window that appears, and click Clear Now. Make sure that the options under History are all selected.
In a Safari window, click Safari in the menu bar and go to Preferences.
In the window that appears, switch to the Privacy tab, and click on Manage Website Data.
You can then click on the Remove All button in the window that appears, and click Remove Now to confirm.
In an Internet Explorer window, click on the gear icon in the top right corner and go to Safety > Delete browsing history.
In the window that appears, make sure Preserve Favorites website data is unselected, and select Temporary Internet files and website files, Cookies and website data, and History. You can then hit Delete to confirm.
In a Microsoft Edge window, click on the hub icon (represented by a star and three lines). After this is selected, click on the History tab > Clear history.
In the window that appears, select the Cookies and saved website data, Cached data, and files and Browsing history options. You can then click the Clear button to confirm.
