Nova is Pipedrive’s new built-in meeting intelligence tool that briefs your team for meetings, captures key details during sales calls and drafts CRM updates afterward.

By automating meeting preparation and CRM updates, Nova reduces manual work so you can focus on building customer relationships and closing deals.

Before each meeting, Nova generates an AI-powered briefing using your CRM data, emails, calendar, and recent activity.

During the meeting, either the AI Notetaker joins as a visible participant to transcribe the conversation, or the Nova Companion desktop app captures system audio directly without a bot joining.

After the meeting, Nova generates a summary, identifies follow-up actions and suggests CRM updates for you to review before saving.

With Pipedrive Nova, you can:

What Nova does

Nova supports every stage of the meeting lifecycle, from preparation and transcription to post-meeting follow-up. Here’s an overview of what you can do with Nova.

Pre-call briefs

Before a meeting, Nova generates an AI-powered briefing using deal context, organization information, contact history, and recent activity from your Pipedrive CRM, helping you arrive prepared.

Call recording with summaries and transcripts

Nova’s AI notetaker joins your Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings as a visible participant to automatically transcribe them.

Nova’s AI Companion desktop app runs on macOS and Windows and transcribes meetings across Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and any other VoIP tool on your computer, as well as in-person meetings your computer's microphone can pick up. It captures system audio directly without the notetaker bot joining the call.

Review post-meeting actions

After a meeting, Nova generates a summary, identifies follow-up actions, and suggests CRM updates for you to review before applying.

Manage participant consent

Nova can notify participants that a meeting will be transcribed and allow them to provide or decline consent before the meeting.

Where Nova fits into Pipedrive

Nova opens in its own tab, separate from the main Pipedrive interface. It brings meeting preparation, transcripts, and AI-generated suggestions together in one workspace without changing how you manage your CRM.

Nothing Nova suggests is applied automatically. Suggested CRM updates and meeting debriefs are only saved to your deals, people, or organizations after you review and approve them. Until then, your existing CRM data remains unchanged.

You don’t need to choose between working in Pipedrive and Nova. Continue managing your pipeline and records in Pipedrive, then switch to Nova when you want to prepare for a meeting, review a transcript, or apply AI-generated suggestions.
