Leadbooster add-on

  • Chatbot — allow your customers to better qualify themselves as potential customers of your company directly from your website.
  • Livechat — live chat functionality added to your Chatbot playbook flow that will allow you to engage directly with your website visitors and personalize your lead qualification process.
  • Web Forms — create your own personalized, embeddable forms for your website to collect your website visitors' information and funnel them into Pipedrive as deals or leads.
  • Prospector — an outbound lead generation tool that will allow you to search for and gather high quality leads based on set criteria.


Separate add-ons

  • Web Visitors — allows you to track visitor activity on your website to track and identify the companies who are most engaged with your website and most likely to turn into customers.
  • Caller — allows you to directly click and make calls to your customers without leaving the Pipedrive web-app. This add-on is only available in Professional and Enterprise plans.
