Pipedrive offers a number of add-on features that are either included on some plans or can be added to your subscription for an additional cost.

Included add-ons

Smart Docs – Included on Premium and higher plans. Helps to sync your documents from Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint to Pipedrive and edit them.

Projects – Included on Premium and higher plans. Allows you to manage post-sales activities for your deals, so you can continue to interact with and set objectives for both closed and open deals.

LeadBooster add-on – Available on Premium and higher plans and comes with the following features:

  • Chatbot – Allows your customers to better qualify themselves as potential customers of your company directly from your website
  • Live Chat – Complements your Chatbot playbook flow, allowing you to engage directly with your website visitors and personalize your lead qualification process
  • Web Forms – Create your own personalized, embeddable forms for your website to collect your website visitors’ information and funnel them into Pipedrive as deals or leads
  • Prospector – An outbound lead generation tool that will allow you to search for and gather high-quality leads based on set criteria

Separate add-ons

Web Visitors – Allows you to track visitor activity on your website to track and identify the companies that are most engaged with your website and most likely to turn into customers.

Campaigns – Lets you create beautiful email marketing templates, engage your customers and manage all of your data directly in your Pipedrive account.
