Pipedrive offers a number of add-on features that are available on any plan for an additional cost. You can click on any of the feature names below to read more information about them.

LeadBooster add-on:

  • Chatbot – allows your customers to better qualify themselves as potential customers of your company directly from your website.
  • Live Chat – live chat functionality added to your Chatbot playbook flow that will allow you to engage directly with your website visitors and personalize your lead qualification process.
  • Web Forms – Create your own personalized, embeddable forms for your website to collect your website visitors’ information and funnel them into Pipedrive as deals or leads.
  • Prospector – An outbound lead generation tool that will allow you to search for and gather high-quality leads based on set criteria.
  • Scheduler – Unlimited “General availability” links


Separate add-ons:

  • Web Visitors – Allows you to track visitor activity on your website to track and identify the companies who are most engaged with your website and most likely to turn into customers.
  • Smart Docs – Comes with any Professional or higher subscription. However, it can also be used as an add-on for Essential or Advanced plans.
  • Projects – Comes with any Power or higher subscription. Lets you manage post-sales activities for your deals, so you can continue to interact with and set objectives for closed, as well as open deals.
  • Campaigns – Lets you create beautiful email marketing templates, engage your customers and manage all of your data directly in your Pipedrive account.
